Role: Regional Medical Scientific Director (RMSD) with expertise in Urology and Oncology, serving as a scientific liaison to external medical and scientific leaders. Responsibilities include conducting peer-to-peer scientific exchanges, supporting clinical research activities, engaging at scientific congresses, and gathering insights to inform company strategies. The RMSD acts as a credible, non-promotional scientific resource, addressing external scientific questions and facilitating understanding of company-sponsored and investigator-initiated trials. The role involves identifying barriers to patient enrollment in Phase II-IV studies, collaborating with Global Clinical Trial Operations and Scientific Affairs, and maintaining current knowledge of scientific developments. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, DNP, or MD with at least 3 years of clinical or research experience in Urology or Oncology, plus field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) experience. Strong scientific communication, stakeholder management, and knowledge of FDA and industry regulations are essential. Preferred: existing relationships with Urology SLs, Genitourinary cancer expertise, and Urology practice experience. The position is remote, covering the TN, AL, NC, SC, GA, FL region, with up to 50% travel.
