Role: Regional Medical Scientific Director (RMSD) specializing in Urology and Oncology, providing scientific exchange, supporting clinical research, and engaging in congress activities to enhance medical knowledge and external relationships. Responsibilities include developing relationships with Urology SLs, addressing scientific inquiries, supporting investigator-initiated and company-sponsored trials, and gathering insights to inform the company’s scientific strategies. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, DNP, or MD with at least 3 years of clinical or research experience in Oncology or Urology, along with field-based Medical Science Liaison experience. Capable of engaging in doctoral-level discussions, with strong stakeholder management and knowledge of FDA, HIPAA, and related regulations. Preferred skills include Urology MSL experience, established Urology SL relationships, and therapeutic expertise in GU cancers. High-Value: Urology and Oncology, therapeutic area experience, clinical research support, scientific exchange, congress participation, and remote work within the TN, AL, NC, SC, GA, FL territory.
