Role: The Regional Medical Scientific Director (RMSD) is a scientific expert in Urology or Oncology, responsible for external scientific engagement and supporting company research initiatives. Responsibilities include developing relationships with Urology Scientific Leaders (SLs), conducting peer-to-peer scientific discussions, responding to scientific inquiries, supporting clinical research programs and investigator-sponsored studies, and providing scientific insights during congresses. The RMSD also facilitates scientific exchange, addresses barriers to clinical trial enrollment, and enhances understanding of company-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, DNP, or MD, with at least 3 years' clinical or research experience in Oncology or Urology, and field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) experience. Strong scientific communication, stakeholder management, and knowledge of regulatory guidelines are essential. Preferred: Urology MSL experience, established relationships with Urology SLs, and therapeutic expertise in GU cancers (bladder, renal, prostate). Location: Remote, covering WI, IL, IN, MI, OH, with up to 50% travel. High-Value: Urology/Oncology therapeutic areas, Phase II-IV clinical trial support, scientific exchange, and investigator engagement, with a focus on genitourinary cancers.
