Role: The Regional Medical Scientific Director (RMSD) is a senior scientific expert responsible for engaging with external medical and scientific leaders in Urology, providing balanced, factual scientific information, and supporting clinical research activities. Responsibilities: develop relationships with Urology Scientific Leaders, facilitate scientific exchange and congress support, respond to scientific inquiries, and serve as a scientific resource to enhance understanding of company-sponsored trials and investigator-initiated studies. Additionally, the RMSD identifies barriers to patient enrollment, supports education efforts, and gathers insights to inform the company's scientific understanding. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, DNP, or MD; at least 3 years of clinical or research experience in Oncology or Urology; field-based Medical Science Liaison experience; strong scientific communication, stakeholder management, and knowledge of FDA, HIPAA, and ethical guidelines. Preferred: Urology MSL experience, relationships with Urology SLs, expertise in genitourinary cancers.
