Regional Medical Scientific Director (RMSD) - Uro-Oncology (Great Lakes)

Role: Regional Medical Scientific Director (RMSD) serving as a therapeutic and disease expert in Urology, engaging in scientific exchange with external medical leaders, supporting clinical research, and scientific congress activities. Responsibilities: develop relationships with Urology Scientific Leaders; provide scientific information on company products and therapies; facilitate scientific and data exchanges; support investigator-initiated and company-sponsored clinical trials; gather insights from scientific interactions; serve as a scientific resource and role model for the field team. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, DNP, or MD; minimum 3 years of clinical or research experience in Oncology or Urology; field-based Medical Science Liaison experience; strong understanding of FDA, OIG, HIPAA regulations; excellent stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills; proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferred: experience in Genitourinary cancers, established relationships with Urology SLs, Urology practice exposure.
