Role: Serve as Regional Medical Scientific Director (RMSD) for the US Texas and Oklahoma region, acting as a therapeutic and disease expert to facilitate scientific exchange and support research activities. Responsibilities: Develop relationships with Scientific Leaders (SLs), conduct peer-to-peer scientific discussions, address scientific inquiries, and promote understanding of Company-sponsored and investigator-initiated research. Initiate and support clinical trial site identification, investigator engagement, and protocol-related activities for phase II-IV studies, especially in oncology (GYN Oncology preferred). Support scientific congresses and gather insights on medical needs and priorities. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO, or MD, with at least 3 years of relevant therapeutic experience, preferably in oncology, with a focus on GYN Oncology. Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and knowledge of regulatory guidelines (FDA, HIPAA, OIG). Ability to work remotely within the territory with up to 50% travel. Preferred: field-based medical experience and a record of scientific publications. High-Value: Oncology, GYN Oncology, clinical research, scientific exchange, investigator engagement, phase II-IV trials, virtual engagement tools. Work setup: Remote with travel; territory includes Texas and Oklahoma.
