The role also involves gathering scientific insights to inform company strategies and serving as a role model for other medical team members. Qualifications include a PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO, or MD with at least 3 years of relevant therapeutic experience, ideally in gynecologic oncology or related fields. Essential skills cover stakeholder management, scientific communication, regulatory knowledge (FDA, HIPAA, etc.), and proficiency with virtual platforms. Preferred qualifications include field-based medical experience and a track record of scientific publication. The role demands up to 50% travel within the territory, with a remote work setup. High-value biopharma specifics involve expertise in oncology, particularly gynecologic oncology, supporting both research and clinical development in in-market and investigational compounds, and engaging in scientific congresses and research activities.
