Role: The Regional Medical Scientific Director is a therapeutic and disease expert responsible for scientific exchange, research, congress support, and insights within the US territories of MD, WV, VA, NC, and Washington DC. Responsibilities include developing relationships with Scientific Leaders (SLs), facilitating peer-to-peer scientific discussions, addressing scientific inquiries, supporting investigator-sponsored research, and guiding clinical trial site selection and investigator engagement. The role also involves representing the company at scientific meetings and gathering insights on medical and scientific needs.

Qualifications: Requires a PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO, or MD, with at least 3 years of relevant therapeutic experience beyond degree training. Must demonstrate ability for high-level scientific discussions, stakeholder management, and knowledge of industry regulations (FDA, HIPAA, etc.). Strong communication skills and familiarity with virtual platforms are essential.

High-Value: Focus on oncology, especially gynecologic oncology, with experience in research and scientific publication preferred. Role involves engaging in scientific exchanges and supporting clinical development activities within an investigational or approved therapeutic area.

Work Setup: Remote, with up to 50% travel within specified US states; candidates must reside within the territory. The role emphasizes inclusion, scientific excellence, and adherence to GxP and ethical guidelines.
