Role: Serve as a Regional Medical Scientific Director, providing scientific expertise and engaging in bidirectional scientific exchanges with external Scientific Leaders (SLs). Objectives include enhancing understanding of scientific foundations, supporting research initiatives, and facilitating medical congress interactions within the therapeutic areas of interest. Responsibilities encompass developing professional relationships, addressing scientific queries, initiating investigator discussions, supporting investigator-sponsored research, and participating in scientific congress activities. The role also involves gathering insights on medical needs and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment. Qualifications: PhD, PharmD, DNP, MD, or DO, with at least 3 years of relevant therapeutic experience beyond degree training; strong scientific, communication, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance skills. Preferred: experience in Gynecologic Oncology, research publication record, and field-based medical experience. High-value specifics include focus on oncology, particularly GYN Oncology, involvement in scientific exchanges, investigator engagement, and support for clinical research across phase II-IV trials. Work setup: Remote within the US states of MD, WV, VA, NC, Washington DC, with up to 50% travel.
