Role: The Regional Medical Scientific Director is a senior scientific expert responsible for engaging with healthcare professionals and scientific leaders within a specified US territory (IL, MO, AR, TN, KY). The role focuses on scientific exchange, research facilitation, and congress support related to the company's therapeutic areas, with an emphasis on gynecologic oncology. Responsibilities include developing relationships, addressing scientific inquiries, initiating research discussions, supporting investigator-sponsored studies, and representing the company at scientific meetings. Qualifications: PhD, PharmD, DNP, MD, or DO with at least 3 years of relevant therapeutic experience, demonstrated scientific expertise, stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with industry regulations (FDA, HIPAA). Preferred: field-based medical experience in oncology (especially GYN), research publication record, and experience with scientific or medical communications. HighValue: Oncology (GYN), therapeutics, investigator-sponsored research, scientific exchange, and post-Phase II-IV clinical trial support. Work setup: remote with up to 50% travel within the territory.
