Role: The Regional Medical Scientific Director (PhD, PharmD, DNP, MD) serves as a therapeutic and disease expert, facilitating scientific exchange with Scientific Leaders (SLs) in the US Midwest and South regions. Objectives include providing balanced, factual scientific info on Company products and non-product research, supporting research initiatives, and engaging in scientific congresses. Responsibilities encompass developing professional relationships with SLs, addressing scientific questions, promoting investigator-initiated research, supporting clinical trial site selection, and gathering insights on medical needs. The role acts as a role model for field medical teams and fosters an inclusive environment. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO, or MD with at least 3 years of relevant therapeutic experience, strong stakeholder management, and knowledge of regulatory guidelines (FDA, HIPAA, OIG). Preferred: field-based medical experience (especially GYN Oncology), research background, and publication record. High-value specifics include focus on GYN Oncology, involvement in investigator-sponsored research, and support for Company-sponsored clinical trials (Phases II-IV). The role involves up to 50% travel, is remote with residence within IL, MO, AR, TN, KY, and reports to senior leadership within the Medical Affairs organization.
