As a Regional Medical Advisor, you will build scientific partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals across your region, translating clinical expertise into patient access and improved treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen scientific relationships with KOLs and external stakeholders through multiple engagement channels.
- Drive awareness and advocacy of pre-launch products to build medical readiness from 24 months before launch.
- Reinforce the scientific foundation for newly launched products and sustain scientific positioning of marketed strategic products.
- Develop regional medical strategies aligned with overall medical affairs objectives and integrate scientific/medical insights into business planning.
- Execute central and regional medical projects, including organizing Regional Advisory Board meetings and other scientific programmes.
- Support Investigator Initiated Study opportunities with regional KOLs as a scientific contributor and operations coordinator.
- Ensure off-label communication follows compliance processes and aligns with business policy and external requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Medical Masterβs degree or above, preferably in Endocrinology.
- Scientific research and/or clinical experience, preferably in Endocrinology or related therapeutic areas.
- Highly preferred: experience in pharmaceutical marketing, R&D, or medical affairs.
- Strong ability to translate scientific evidence into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
- Mature, independent, able to manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages advantageous.
- Travel: 30β50% domestic and ~5% international for congresses, seminars, and stakeholder meetings.
