Role: US NF1-PN Regional Marketing Lead, a field-based role focused on advancing commercial efforts for NF1-PN therapies. Responsibilities include developing and executing regional engagement strategies with Key Thought Leaders (KTLs), managing stakeholder relationships, orchestrating congress and peer-to-peer programs, and gathering insights to inform brand strategy. Collaboration spans Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Legal, and Compliance, with a key emphasis on advocacy, education, and market intelligence. The role involves significant travel (up to 75%), primarily within the Southeastern US.
Qualifications: BA/BS required; 9+ years (or 7+ with advanced degree) in pharmaceutical/healthcare brand marketing and sales, with proven experience in KTL engagement, US Oncology landscape, and multi-channel promotion. Candidates should demonstrate strong scientific knowledge, stakeholder influence, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills. Proficiency in regulatory compliance, Veeva Vault, and PromoMats is preferred.
