Job Description 零售大区经理在零售业务总监的领导下，负责管理管理所辖区域的一切业务，包括制订和实施区域的业务目标和发展计划，建立一个业绩良好、极富生产力和士气高昂的团队。对客户的需求做出适当反应以达成或超越区域的各项业务目标。对团队成员的行为进行规范和监管，对他们的专业技能提升和学习发展规划提供辅导和支持。 并对零售后续发展的人才培养做出引领作用。负责零售团队的合规宣传和落地工作。 主要工作和任务 制订并执行所辖区域的业务计划，推动团队完成或超越完成公司和上级经理下达的各项工作目标和任务。 招聘符合公司基本要求的人员（包括各种雇佣形式和编制），定期对团队成员进行绩效和行为的评估，实施奖惩或激励措施。 制订并执行培养零售团队成员合规意识的计划，规范其工作行为，确保各项活动的真实性和合规性。 制订并执行提升团队成员的专业知识和销售技能的培训计划，并对其个人发展规划提供指导与支持。 通过有计划的随访，在与KAS讨论区域销售及市场活动时对其进行针对性的辅导。 监控和分析市场发展趋势，挖掘区域市场机会，为公司策略的制订提供反馈和建议。 协调并有效地实施各个项目及活动，合理分配和控制各项资源。有效管理项目和活动的流程，确保其真实有效地开展。 与区域内关键客户保持持续的沟通，建立并持续优化合作伙伴关系。 熟悉对当前及未来业务有影响的政策，必要情况下可根据公司的要求，与相关职能部门合作，参与或协调所辖区域的市场准入工作。 建立和保持有效沟通系统，包括定期召开地区会议，定期与上级经理汇报区域工作进展，定期与NKA团队沟通工作进展，与其他部门建立协作关系。 为制订和修改销售相关的政策和流程及其他内部政策提供建议，以实现高效率的销售运作。 支持公司的各项创新举措，带领团队成员执行新举措，通过数字化营销探索创新的机会和方法，带领团队拓展新零售市场。 负责完成区域销售指标和运营管理，并完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。 负责零售业务模式下的人才发展和培养职责。 任职要求 教育：大学本科及以上学历，医学，药学，生命科学等相关专业优先。 工作经验： 外部应聘者需5年或以上制药行业同等公司的销售工作经验。 有3年以上团队管理经验或NKA客户管理经验者优先。 技能： 良好的中英文表达、写作能力和办公软件操作技能。 具备较好的相关产品领域的专业知识。 具备较强的影响力和策略性思维能力。 具备较强的沟通，计划，组织和问题解决能力。 具有较强的团队管理能力和团队合作意识。 具备较强的学习意愿和学习能力。 Secondary Job Description Who We Are: Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
