Regional EHS Manager

Role: Regional EHS Manager responsible for EHS at the Clifton Park NY site and supporting Repligen's Customer/Field Service Business Unit. Objectives: ensure regulatory compliance, manage EHS risks, and promote a proactive safety culture. Responsibilities: develop and implement EHS programs aligned with global standards, assess hazardous conditions, oversee incident investigations, and manage emergency preparedness. Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve safety procedures such as lockout/tagout, electrical safety, and machine guarding; coordinate audits and EHS reporting; manage EHS documentation and contractor safety programs; and interface with regulatory agencies. Requirements: Bachelor's in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related; 7+ years' EHS experience in manufacturing, with 2-3 years in leadership; certifications like CSP, CIH, or CHMM; deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001; experience with electrical safety and hazard control programs; strong communication and analytical skills; ability to travel up to 25%.
