Regional Echo Manager - West Region

Role: Lead and develop a team of Regional Echocardiography Liaisons within a designated geographic area, supporting cardiovascular scientific initiatives and medical education. Responsibilities: recruit, coach, and mentor RELs; execute field medical strategies; collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and other teams; ensure compliance with FDA and healthcare regulations; and maintain scientific expertise in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and echocardiography. Qualifications: RDCS or RCS certification; at least 5 years as a cardiac sonographer and 2+ years in pharmaceutical or medical device industry or in people management; bachelor's degree preferred. High-Value: cardiovascular (HCM), echocardiography, clinical education, field leadership, regulated medical activities; travel approximately 50-70%; primarily field-based role in the US.
