Regional Director, Rx Onboarding and Care Coordination, East

Role: Regional Director, Rx Onboarding and Care Coordination (East), leading patient support teams for SMA therapies. Responsibilities: manage and develop ROCC teams, establish standards within the ACE CoE, oversee patient onboarding, access, and care navigation; partner cross-functionally with reimbursement, infusion, and advocacy teams; ensure compliance, operational excellence, and escalation management; share regional insights to inform strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced preferred), 8+ years in biotech/pharma with patient access, reimbursement, or care coordination experience; prior team leadership; knowledge of rare disease therapies, infusion, buy-and-bill, site-of-care models; launch experience advantageous.
