Regional Director of Field Medical

Role: Build and lead MoonLake's U.S. Field Medical team supporting sonelokimab in inflammatory diseases. Objectives: establish the scientific engagement model, develop KOL strategies, generate medical insights, and ensure compliant, independent field medical operations. Responsibilities: manage six experienced MSLs across priority regions; define and implement scientific and engagement strategies; coach on scientific exchange, data interpretation, congress activities, and insight generation; develop processes for insights integration into evidence and education; collaborate with Medical Affairs and other functions on advisory boards and investigator engagement; and track field impact via CRM metrics. Requirements: advanced scientific/clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, NP, PA); 5+ years pharma/biotech Medical Affairs experience with significant field medical exposure; 3+ years in MSL or field medical leadership preferred. High-value: immunology, dermatology, inflammatory diseases expertise; experience launching field medical teams or therapeutic capabilities; skills in scientific communication, coaching, compliance, KOL strategy, congress planning, and evidence generation.
