Role Summary

Regional Demand & Supply Co-Op within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. This six-month program provides hands-on experience supporting demand and supply planning, analytics, and cross-functional projects. The role is located onsite/hybrid in Titusville, NJ, with potential alternate onsite/hybrid locations at other North American sites (e.g., Horsham, PA).

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and execution of the Innovative Medicine Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process within the Americas, with exposure to related global processes.
  • Supporting base-business tactically through report generation and analysis on existing product groups within Innovative Medicine, and contributing strategically through idea generation and innovation.
  • Collaborating with local and international business partners to report key performance metrics for Innovative Medicine brands with high accuracy and frequency.
  • Participating in and leading ad-hoc supply chain projects and cross-functional initiatives to gain exposure to various responsibilities across sectors.

Qualifications

  • Education: Coursework in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering is required.
  • Required: You are actively enrolled in a university pursuing either a bachelor's or master's degree (not required to be currently taking classes).
  • Required: You have a minimum GPA of 2.8 cumulative.
  • Required: You are legally authorized to work in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
  • Required: You have reliable transportation to and from work daily.
  • Required: You are able to work full time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the co-op.
  • Required: Completion of at least freshman year of undergraduate study.
  • Required: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred: Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and leadership qualities.
  • Preferred: Ability to lead multiple projects and initiatives with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Preferred: Strong verbal and written communication.
