Regional Clinical Study Manager

Role: Lead regional clinical operations for cancer studies, ensuring study delivery within timelines, budgets, and inspection readiness. Responsibilities include leading regional teams and external vendors, coordinating study planning from feasibility to closeout, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing site and country level activities, and supporting data collection and study documentation. Oversees quality assurance, manages budgets, vendor selection, and resource planning, with potential mentorship of junior staff. Requirements: Bachelor's in a scientific or healthcare field, 4+ years in clinical research within biotech, pharma, or CRO industries; experience in clinical functions, preferably as CRA; proven leadership in managing clinical studies.
