How You Will Contribute (Responsibilities)
- Drive franchise sales growth by executing brand strategies within geographic responsibility and achieving sales goals.
- Focus call points on HCPs treating appropriate patients with Hereditary Angioedema (HAE), supporting early diagnosis and/or treatment.
- Perform in-depth business planning using local market analysis and historical analytics.
- Analyze and apply market data to set business opportunities and priorities, considering regional healthcare market and patient dynamics.
- Plan and execute advanced, consultative needs-based customer engagement to build product and disease-state awareness.
- Collaborate with the HAE cross-functional team and matrix business partners to coordinate efforts and enhance outcomes.
- Partner with and motivate extended team members to improve performance, fostering engagement and accountability.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum bachelorβs degree.
- 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/medical device or related industries.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated strategic territory management success.
- Marketplace acumen.
- Understanding of payer access and reimbursement at regional/state/local levels.
- Ability to work across organizational functions; learning agility.
Key Skills
- Consultative/needs-based selling; matrix teamwork.
- Experience in highly regulated marketplace.
- Technical competence (Excel/CRM/data analysis); interpret data to create sales strategies.
- Adaptability; impactful presentations; independent account execution.
Job Expectations/Travel
- Patient and physician engagement evenings/weekends (including Peer-to-Peer).
- Support Immunology conventions/meetings.
- Up to 70% travel required.
