About the Role
- Drive franchise sales growth by executing sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Lead and customer-facing teams to support patients throughout their hereditary angioedema (HAE) journey.
- Lead demand generation by educating healthcare professionals about Takeda brands used to treat appropriate HAE patients.
- Manage daytime and some evening/weekend activities and the complexity of the HAE marketplace.

How You Will Contribute
- Own business-related activities within assigned geography, achieving sales goals and executing brand strategies (HCP call points; support early diagnosis and/or treatment education).
- Conduct business planning using local market analysis and historical analytics.
- Analyze market data to prioritize business opportunities, considering regional healthcare market and patient dynamics.
- Develop consultative, needs-based customer engagement strategies to grow product and disease-state awareness.
- Collaborate with HAE cross-functional team and matrix partners to maximize impact and outcomes.
- Partner with and motivate extended team members to improve performance and accountability.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals (pharma/biotech/medical device/related).
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Strategic territory management success.
- Strong marketplace acumen; payer access/reimbursement understanding at regional/state/local levels.
- Ability to work across organizational functions; demonstrated learning agility.

Key Skills
- Consultative/needs-based selling; matrix/cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in highly regulated marketplaces.
- Technical competence (Excel/CRM/data analysis).
- Ability to interpret analytics to create sales strategies; impactful presentations; independence in complex account situations.

Job Expectations/Travel
- Patient and physician engagement evenings/weekends; execute Peer-to-Peer programming.
- Support immunology conventions/meetings.
- Up to 70% travel.

Training Requirements
- Must pass mandatory product training (written and oral exams).
