Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team to deliver strategic sales objectives; supervise KPIs and performance.
- Model leadership by setting clear expectations, enabling others, and improving processes.
- Develop and execute customer-centric business plans with customer engagement and cross-functional partners.
- Implement market-based strategies to achieve sales objectives and maximize product opportunities (using data/account analysis).
- Evaluate business opportunities and provide recommendations to RSD and district sales.
- Implement sales/marketing programs supporting U.S. growth in assigned district.
- Ensure full compliance of selling activities with state and federal regulations.
- Provide strategic marketing input for the marketing plan.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and serve as liaison with internal business partners.
- Collaborate with Regional/National Account Managers to address managed market issues and maximize sales.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA).
- 5+ years management experience in pharma/immunology/biologic-biotech or medical devices (district/specialty account/marketing/product management or equivalent).
- Recent dermatology experience and established relationships with medical dermatologists.
- Proven pharmaceutical sales representative success.
- Strategic planning, coaching/delegation, complex data analysis, strong verbal/written/presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; comfortable with emerging/digital/AI-enabled tools.
- Reside in or near assigned geography.
Preferred
- MBA/Master’s; people leadership; established dermatologist relationships; account-based sales experience; Immunology/Dermatology or Gastroenterology experience; product launch experience.
