About the Role
- Lead and mentor a team via regular face-to-face in-field interactions with Healthcare Providers and Key Accounts to identify shared priorities, deliver clinical value, and provide patient-centered Takeda resource messaging.
- Take ownership of implementing company priorities and maximizing sales results, including for a new product launch.
- Hire, lead, and develop a new team of representatives.

How you will contribute
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team; manage KPIs/accountability.
- Model leadership behaviors; promote accountability and process improvement.
- Develop and cultivate customer-centric business plans with cross-functional partners.
- Develop and implement market-based strategies; use data/account analysis to drive business plans.
- Evaluate business opportunities and recommend solutions to RSD/district teams.
- Implement sales/marketing programs for U.S. growth in assigned district.
- Ensure full compliance of selling activities with State/Federal regulations.
- Provide strategic input to Marketing; build relationships with KOLs and internal partners.
- Coordinate with Regional/National Account Managers and Manage Markets partners on managed-market issues.

Minimum Requirements
- BS/BA.
- 5+ years management experience in pharma/immunology/biologic-biotech/medical devices (district/specialty account/marketing/product management).
- Recent dermatology experience with established relationships with medical dermatologists.
- Prior pharmaceutical sales rep experience with proven success.
- Strategic business planning, coaching/motivation, complex data analysis, strong verbal/written/presentation skills.
- MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; comfort with emerging technologies/AI-enabled processes.
- Reside in/near assigned geography.

Preferred
- MBA/Master’s; people leadership; established derm relationships; account-based sales; Immunology/Dermatology or Gastroenterology experience; product launch experience.

Licenses/Certifications
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel
- 50–75% travel (including overnights).
