Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team to deliver strategic sales objectives; set/monitor KPIs and drive accountability.
- Build and execute customer-centric business plans with customer engagement and cross-functional partners.
- Develop and implement market-based business strategies using data/account/market analysis to maximize product exposure and demand.
- Evaluate opportunities, recommend solutions to business challenges, and implement sales/marketing programs for U.S. growth in assigned district.
- Ensure compliance of all selling activities with applicable State and Federal regulations.
- Provide strategic input to Marketing; build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and internal partners; collaborate with Regional/National Account Managers on managed market issues.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA).
- 5+ years management experience in pharma/immunology/biologic-biotech or medical devices (district/specialty account/marketing/product management or equivalent).
- Recent dermatology experience; established relationships with medical dermatologists.
- Prior pharmaceutical sales rep experience with proven selling success.
- Strategic planning, coaching/delegation/motivation, complex data analysis, strong verbal/written/presentation skills.
- Proficiency: MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; comfort with digital tools and AI-enabled processes.
- Reside in or near assigned geography.
Preferred:
- MBA/Master’s; people leadership; established derm relationships; account-based sales experience; Immunology/Dermatology or Gastroenterology experience; product launch experience.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Base salary range: $176,000–$242,000; eligibility for incentives and listed health/welfare and time-off benefits.
