Regional Business Director β Monarch Urology (West)
Purpose
- Support commercialization of Monarch Urology within an assigned geography.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve capital placement, procedure growth, and disposable revenue objectives.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and lead a team of Area Sales Leaders and Clinical Representatives.
- Guide territory planning, funnel development, sales forecasting, account prioritization, and customer engagement strategy.
- Identify, access, and develop clinical and economic champions across target health systems and ambulatory surgery centers.
- Support and lead complex capital sales cycles (stakeholder engagement, evaluation planning, value communication, pricing alignment, and program implementation).
- Coordinate pre-sale evaluation, launch readiness, clinical adoption, market awareness, and utilization growth.
- Present forecasts, pipeline updates, risks, and performance insights to sales leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally (commercial, marketing, medical affairs, professional education, operations, service) to support launches and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch Urology, kidney stone pathways, competition, and market trends.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 3+ years relevant healthcare/medical device/commercial experience (4+ preferred for higher level placement).
- Capital equipment sales/complex clinical sales/surgical robotics commercialization experience required.
- People leadership experience required.
- Ability to engage clinical stakeholders and economic buyers in complex sales.
- Strong business planning, forecasting, and territory management.
- Hospital and ambulatory surgery center work (including live procedural settings) required.
- Travel up to 75% within assigned region; valid driverβs license required.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment.
Preferred Skills
- Urology/endourology/surgical robotics/OR-based commercialization; Brand positioning, strategic sales planning, sales enablement/training, competitive landscape analysis, market opportunity assessment.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Base pay: $200,000 (Regional Business Director, PG 31) or $175,000 (Associate Regional Business Director, PG 30).
- Eligible for sales incentive compensation and long-term incentive program; company car or car allowance via FLEET.
