Field-based Regional Business Director (Monarch Urology) to support commercialization in NYC, Boston (MA), NJ, Philadelphia (PA), or Ohio.

You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve capital placement, procedure growth, and disposable revenue objectives.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and lead Area Sales Leaders and Clinical Representatives; drive a high-performance culture.
- Lead territory planning, funnel development, sales forecasting, account prioritization, and customer engagement.
- Identify, access, and develop clinical and economic champions across target health systems, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers.
- Support and lead complex capital sales cycles (executive stakeholder engagement, evaluation planning, value communication, pricing alignment, implementation).
- Coordinate pre-sale evaluation, launch readiness, clinical adoption, market awareness, and utilization growth.
- Build senior-level customer relationships and address goals tied to clinical outcomes, workflow, economics, and service experience.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, business risks, and performance insights.
- Partner cross-functionally (commercial, marketing, medical affairs, education, operations, service) to support launches and satisfaction.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch Urology and market trends; operate with compliance and quality.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 3+ years relevant healthcare/med device/related commercial experience (Regional Business Director Level 1/Associate); 4+ years preferred for Level 2.
- Required: capital equipment sales, complex clinical sales, or surgical robotics commercialization.
- Required: people leadership (coaching, performance management, talent development).
- Engage clinical stakeholders and economic buyers in complex sales; strong planning/forecasting/territory management.
- Preferred: urology/endourology/surgical robotics/OR-based commercialization.
- Required: hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments (including live procedural settings), extensive travel (up to 75%), valid driverโ€™s license, regulated-compliance capability.

Benefits (explicit)
- Expected base pay: $200,000 (Regional Business Director PG31) or $175,000 (Associate Regional Business Director PG30); eligible for sales incentive, company car or car allowance (FLEET).
