Responsibilities:
- Lead a commercial team to support the launch and promotion of Uro-Oncology products.
- Deliver financial objectives, including sales goals and ROI metrics.
- Develop and train a cross-functional team (sales reps, market access managers, certified nurse educators).
- Develop and leverage relationships with key customers across the region.
- Provide effective account management for large and small urology, hospital, and pharmacy accounts.
- Meet customers’ reimbursement and product delivery needs.
- Translate strategies into actionable regional plans.
- Demonstrate expertise in the disease state, product, surgical process, and reimbursement process.
- Use business analytics, marketplace/disease-state knowledge, and clinical/customer knowledge to develop and implement a territory business plan.
- Complete administrative responsibilities (call/expense reporting, communications, account documentation).
- Understand opportunities unique to the geography.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
- Minimum 6 years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device experience.
- 3 years sales leadership responsibility; matrix leadership experience highly desirable.
- 2 years hospital or large account experience (preferred).
- 2 years urology experience (preferred).
- Consistent track record of performance.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally within the region and share results, assist training, and develop best practices.
- Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
- Travel 50% with overnight stays (required).
- Valid driver’s license (required).
