Regional Business Director – Monarch Urology (Midwest)

Purpose
- Lead commercialization of Monarch Urology (robotic-assisted urology system for endoluminal and percutaneous access across the urinary tract).

You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and execute regional business plans to meet capital placement, procedure growth, and disposable revenue goals.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and lead Area Sales Leaders and Clinical Representatives.
- Manage territory planning, sales forecasting, account prioritization, and customer engagement.
- Identify and develop clinical and economic champions across target health systems, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers.
- Lead complex capital sales cycles (stakeholder engagement, evaluation planning, value communication, pricing alignment, program implementation).
- Coordinate pre-sale evaluation, launch readiness, clinical adoption, and utilization growth; build senior customer relationships.
- Present forecasts/pipeline/risk insights; partner cross-functionally (commercial, marketing, medical affairs, education, operations, service).
- Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch Urology and market dynamics; ensure compliance/quality.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years relevant healthcare/medical device/commercial experience (preferred: 4+ years for Level 2).
- Required: capital equipment sales, complex clinical sales, or surgical robotics commercialization.
- Required: people leadership (coaching, performance management, talent development).
- Required: engage clinical stakeholders and economic buyers; strong business planning/forecasting/territory management.
- Preferred: urology/endourology/surgical robotics/OR commercialization.
- Required: work in hospital/ASC procedural settings; travel up to 75%; valid driver’s license; work in regulated environments.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Expected base pay: $200,000 (Regional Business Director, PG 31) or $175,000 (Associate Regional Business Director, PG 30). Eligible for sales incentive program; company car or car allowance.
