Position Summary
Field-based commercial leadership role driving regional/national adoption and utilization growth and strategic expansion of MI Clarity (AI-powered prognostic assay for early-stage breast cancer recurrence risk).

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to drive adoption, utilization, and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
- Drive new account acquisition and expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Identify and pursue high-value market opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Create go-to-market strategies for community oncology, academic medical centers, and health systems.
- Build executive-level relationships with key accounts and engage oncology/pathology/breast program and C-suite stakeholders.
- Optimize tissue access and workflow integration with pathologists/operational teams.
- Lead value-based care and clinical utility discussions; maintain deep knowledge of breast cancer pathways and reimbursement dynamics.
- Ensure teams communicate clinical data/validation and differentiation vs. competing assays.
- Recruit, onboard, train, mentor; conduct coaching, business reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance development.
- Set territory expectations/KPIs; support product launch readiness; provide competitive intelligence and marketplace feedback.
- Ensure accurate CRM/reporting/forecasting and maintain compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years people leadership in successful commercial/sales teams.
- Proven sales organization building and revenue growth (market development, adoption, new business).
- Experience leading through product launches/commercialization/high-growth environments.
- Strong coaching, communication, leadership, strategic planning.
- Proficiency with CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, business intelligence; regular travel.

Preferred
- Oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/precision medicine/device/biotech/pharma/healthcare tech.
- Multi-level org leadership; experience commercializing AI/digital health/diagnostics; familiarity with oncology care and pathology workflows; enterprise/IDN/academic account experience; MBA.

Annual Hiring Range
$170,000–$200,000.
