Position Summary
Field-based commercial leadership role driving regional and national adoption, utilization growth, and strategic expansion of MI Clarity (AI-powered prognostic assay) in postmenopausal patients with HR+/HER2-, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to drive MI Clarity adoption, utilization, and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Account Executive team.
- Drive new account acquisition and account expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Identify and pursue high-value market opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for community oncology practices, academic medical centers, and health systems.
- Build executive-level relationships; engage oncology/pathology/breast program and C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pathologists to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
- Lead discussions on value-based care, clinical utility, and personalized treatment planning.
- Maintain deep knowledge of breast cancer pathways, molecular diagnostics, AI technologies, and reimbursement dynamics.
- Coach teams on evidence-based clinical selling; ensure clear communication of clinical data and differentiation.
- Recruit, onboard, train, mentor talent; run field coaching, reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and KPIs.
- Support product launch initiatives and provide marketplace feedback/competitive intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and healthcare compliance standards; attend meetings/conferences as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years people leadership experience leading successful commercial teams.
- Proven sales org building, market development, new business acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Experience through product launches/commercialization or high-growth environments.
- Coaching, communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- CRM/sales analytics/forecasting/business intelligence tools.
- Regular travel within assigned geography.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology, diagnostics, molecular testing, pathology, precision medicine, or related healthcare industry experience.
- Launch experience; familiarity with oncology care delivery and pathology workflows.
- Experience with large health systems/IDNs/academic medical centers.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience commercializing AI-enabled technologies/digital health/advanced diagnostics.

Additional
Annual hiring range: $170,000–$200,000. Requires pre-employment background check/drug screening/credit check (as applicable)/reference verification.

- Travel by car/air; occasional lifting of office/meeting materials.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and required automobile insurance.
- Travel may include evenings/weekends/holidays; substantial field engagement.
