Position Summary
Regional, field-based commercial leadership role driving regional/national adoption, utilization growth, and strategic expansion of MI Clarity (AI-powered prognostic assay for postmenopausal HR+/HER2- node-negative early-stage breast cancer).

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies for MI Clarity adoption and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives.
- Drive new account acquisition and account expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Identify/prioritize high-value market opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Build go-to-market plans for community oncology, academic medical centers, and health systems.
- Establish executive-level relationships and engage oncology/pathology/breast program/C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pathologists and operations to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
- Lead discussions on value-based care, clinical utility, and personalized treatment planning.
- Coach clinical selling using evidence; communicate clinical data and differentiation.
- Recruit/onboard/train/mentor talent; run field coaching, business reviews, pipeline, forecasting, and performance.
- Set territory expectations/KPIs; support product launch and messaging refinement; provide marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure accurate CRM utilization, reporting, and forecasting; maintain compliance; attend meetings/conferences/trade shows.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years people leadership in successful commercial teams.
- Proven success in market development, new business, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Experience with product launches/commercialization or high-growth environments.
- Strong coaching/communication/leadership/strategic planning.
- CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence tools.
- Regular travel within assigned geography.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/precision medicine/device/biotech/pharma/healthcare tech experience.
- Experience leading first-line or multi-level commercial organizations.
- Launch experience; familiarity with oncology delivery/pathology workflows/integrated healthcare systems.
- Large health systems/IDNs/academic medical centers/enterprise accounts.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience commercializing AI-enabled/digital health/advanced diagnostics.

Compensation
- Annual hiring range: $170,000–$200,000.

Additional Requirements/Physical Demands
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods; lift routine materials; frequent travel by car/air.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and required auto insurance.
