Position Summary: Field-based Regional Business Director (MI Clarity) driving regional/national market adoption, utilization growth, and strategic expansion of an AI-powered prognostic assay for postmenopausal HR+/HER2β, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to grow adoption, utilization, and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Account Executive team.
- Drive new account acquisition and expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Identify and pursue high-value markets and strategic accounts; establish go-to-market plans for community practices, academic medical centers, and health systems.
- Build executive relationships and engage oncology/pathology/breast program/C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
- Lead value-based care/clinical utility discussions; coach evidence-based clinical selling.
- Ensure differentiation messaging (data/validation) vs. competing assays.
- Recruit/onboard/train/mentor talent; conduct coaching, business reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance development.
- Manage KPIs/territories; support launch readiness; provide competitive intelligence and marketplace feedback.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM use, reporting, and territory analytics; support required events.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 5+ years people leadership of commercial teams.
- Proven sales organization growth; market development, new business acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Experience with product launches/commercialization or high-growth environments.
- Strong coaching/communication/leadership/strategic planning.
- CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, business intelligence tools.
- Regular travel within assigned geography.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/precision medicine/device/biotech/pharma/health tech experience.
- First-line manager or multi-level commercial leadership experience.
- Experience launching innovative healthcare products/technologies.
- Familiarity with oncology care, pathology workflows, precision medicine, or integrated health systems.
- Large health systems/IDNs/academic centers/enterprise accounts; MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience commercializing AI-enabled/digital health/advanced diagnostic solutions.
Annual Hiring Range: $170,000β$200,000.
