Position Summary
The Regional Business Director β MI Clarity is a field-based commercial leadership role responsible for driving regional/national market adoption and utilization growth of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay for postmenopausal patients with HR-positive/HER2-negative, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to drive adoption, utilization, and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
- Drive new account acquisition and account expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Establish executive relationships with key accounts and healthcare systems; engage oncology/pathology/breast leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead go-to-market strategies across community oncology practices, academic medical centers, and health systems.
- Ensure teams communicate clinical data, validation studies, and assay differentiation.
- Coach clinical selling, manage pipeline/forecasting/CRM reporting, and provide competitive intelligence and marketplace feedback.
- Partner cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Pathology, Market Access) to support commercial success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience leading successful commercial teams.
- Proven success in sales org development, market development, new business acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Experience leading teams through product launches/commercialization/high-growth environments.
- Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, and BI tools experience.
- Regular travel within assigned geography.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/precision medicine/healthcare tech experience; first-line or multi-level commercial leadership.
- AI-enabled technologies/digital health/advanced diagnostics commercialization experience.
Annual Hiring Range
$170,000β$200,000.
