Position Summary
Field-based commercial leadership role driving regional and national market adoption, utilization growth, and strategic expansion of MI Clarity (AI-powered prognostic assay for early and late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal HR-positive/HER2-negative, node-negative early-stage breast cancer).

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to drive MI Clarity adoption, utilization, and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives.
- Establish culture of accountability, urgency, customer focus, and execution excellence.
- Drive new account acquisition and expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Identify and pursue high-value market opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for community oncology practices, academic medical centers, and health systems.
- Build executive-level relationships; engage oncology/pathology/breast program and C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pathologists and operations to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
- Lead discussions on value-based care, clinical utility, and personalized treatment planning.
- Coach clinical selling/evidence-based customer engagement; ensure differentiation and communication of validation data.
- Recruit/onboard/train/mentor talent; conduct coaching, business reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance development.
- Set territory expectations, KPIs, and goals; support launch readiness and messaging refinement.
- Provide marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence; ensure accurate forecasting, CRM utilization, reporting, and analytics.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience leading successful commercial teams.
- Proven success building high-performing sales organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in market development, new business acquisition, customer adoption, and revenue growth.
- Experience through product launches/commercialization/high-growth environments.
- Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and strategic planning.
- CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned geography.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/precision medicine/healthcare technology experience.
- Experience leading first-line managers or multi-level commercial organizations.
- Familiarity with oncology care delivery, pathology workflows, precision medicine, integrated health systems.
- Experience with large health systems/IDNs/academic centers/enterprise accounts.
- MBA or advanced business/healthcare/scientific degree.
- Experience commercializing AI-enabled/digital health/advanced diagnostic solutions.

Annual Hiring Range
$170,000–$200,000
