Position: Regional Business Director – MI Clarity (field-based)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to drive MI Clarity adoption, utilization, and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop Account Executives; establish accountability, urgency, customer focus, and execution excellence.
- Drive new account acquisition and expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Identify high-value market opportunities and strategic accounts; develop go-to-market plans for community oncology practices, academic medical centers, and health systems.
- Build executive-level relationships and engage oncology/pathology/breast program leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pathologists and operational teams to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
- Lead discussions on value-based care, clinical utility, and personalized treatment planning.
- Ensure teams communicate clinical data/validation and differentiation vs. competitors.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor talent; conduct coaching, business reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance development.
- Maintain accurate forecasting/CRM usage, reporting, and territory analytics; support launch initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years people leadership in successful commercial teams.
- Proven market development, new business acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Experience with product launches/commercialization or high-growth environments.
- CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence tools.
- Regular travel within assigned geography.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/precision medicine or related healthcare industry experience.
- Experience leading multi-level commercial organizations.
- Familiarity with oncology care delivery and pathology workflows.
- MBA or advanced degree.

Compensation (annual hiring range): $170,000–$200,000.
