Role Summary

Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology (SOUTHEAST) leads and develops a team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists across the Southeast region, interfacing with cross-disciplinary stakeholders to drive compliant product sales growth and accomplish business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to maximize sales opportunities, ensuring collaboration and optimal use of resources to achieve results.
  • Develop and execute an aligned business plan aligned with Janssen brand strategies to deliver sales growth and meet marketplace needs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to develop access, build relationships, and establish effective operating networks.
  • Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team; coach District Managers and Sales Specialists on business competencies and leadership imperatives.
  • Coach others to build mutual alignment with internal and external stakeholders and achieve customer-centric outcomes in line with J&J Credo and HCC guidelines.
  • Set account goals and oversee account metrics and business performance.

Qualifications

  • Required: Seven (7) years of related experience, with at least five (5) years in cross-functional commercial roles; prior direct people management/leadership experience; ability to develop and engage high-performing, diverse teams; demonstrated commercial capabilities; valid US Driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s License.
  • Preferred: Live within regional geography; cross-functional experience beyond sales and learning & development; healthcare/pharmaceuticals experience; prior sales or DM experience; experience in inline or strategic marketing/marketing access; dermatology sales/marketing experience.
