Regional Business Director - Hematology - West

Role: Regional Business Director leading the US Oncology sales team focused on hematology within Genmab’s oncology portfolio. Responsibilities: recruit, develop, and oversee Oncology Account Managers across California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Hawaii; drive sales growth by implementing regional and national strategies; foster customer relationships with key opinion leaders; lead team recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance; and develop business plans to meet/exceed sales goals. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred); 8+ years pharma/biotech sales experience with at least 3 years in Oncology leadership; hematology experience preferred; proven success in launching oncology products; strong coaching, strategic thinking, and compliance capabilities; proficiency in MS Office and digital tools; willingness to travel.
