Regional Business Director - Hematology - West

Role: Regional Business Director overseeing hematology sales within Genmab's US Oncology organization for the West region (CA, OR, WA, NV, UT, ID, HI). Objectives: lead, develop, and execute sales strategies to exceed regional sales targets, while ensuring compliance and fostering team growth. Responsibilities: manage and develop a team of Oncology Account Managers, implement customer-specific and value-based selling approaches, establish relationships with key opinion leaders, collaborate with alliance partners, analyze business environment, and develop regional business plans. Requirements: bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), minimum 8 years pharma/biotech sales experience with at least 3 years in Oncology leadership, hematology experience preferred. Skills: proven talent recruitment and team development, success launching Oncology products, strategic thinking, collaboration, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office and Veeva Engage.
