Role Summary

Regional-based leadership role overseeing a 7–10 person specialty sales team in Dermatology for Florida North, with geography including North Tampa, Gainesville, Orlando, Jacksonville, Charleston, Savannah, and Macon. Reports to the Zone Business Director, Dermatology, South, and drives regional business results for the Dupixent franchise through leadership and strategic execution of the national sales plan in collaboration with Regeneron. Primary focus is leading regional field teams, executing commercialization efforts, and delivering sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate, train, develop and lead an accomplished team of specialty sales professionals – Area Business Managers (ABMs) – to achieve and exceed regional goals.
  • Strengthen the performance of Dupixent within Florida North.
  • Oversee all aspects of sales, managed markets pull-through, local speaker/thought leader development, promotional programming, samples and budget management for the region.
  • Develop regional business plans aligned with national goals, including regional/territory strategies, tactics, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare regional business reviews for senior leadership.
  • Be an expert in clinical data affecting product promotion, disease state understanding, and market trends.
  • Spend majority of time in the field with ABMs to support development, provide coaching, direction and feedback.
  • Establish positive relationships with key customer segments (internal and external).
  • Collaborate with other regions, thought leader liaisons, brand marketing, field reimbursement, payer marketing, medical affairs, and senior management to achieve sales objectives.
  • Partner with Regeneron sales leadership to deliver on initiatives and strengthen Dupixent performance.
  • Create a compliant environment that motivates and develops team members to reach peak performance and potential.
  • Cultivate a diverse and inclusive culture in decision-making.
  • Set objectives, mentor, and assess performance to develop future leaders within the sales organization.
  • Travel ~70–80%.

Qualifications

  • Required: BA/BS Degree (life sciences or business preferred); 3–5+ years in healthcare/biopharmaceuticals; ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as needed; additional travel may be required within the assigned region; valid driver’s license.
  • Preferred: 5–7+ years in sales/marketing in specialty care/biologics or specialty pharmacy with proven sales results; 3–5 years field management or equivalent leadership with documented sales achievements; reside within the geographic region; Florida North experience; strong reimbursement/Managed Markets pull-through experience; launch experience in specialty care/biologics; alliance/matrix partnership experience; strong commercial acumen; leadership and communication skills; compliance with regulatory and legal requirements; adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Travel: ~70–80% travel required.
