Regional Business Director, Cardiovascular – Heartland Region

Responsibilities
- Lead the Heartland Region (TX, OK, KS, MO, LA, AR, KY) driving sales for Eliquis and Camzyos.
- Mobilize District and Territory Business Managers behind brand/business unit strategy and company mission/pledge.
- Translate business unit/brand strategy into region-specific goals, objectives, and business plans; develop/review/modify proactively.
- Interpret complex data to create communication strategies; set measurable objectives and track performance/productivity.
- Secure resources (people/capital) and align matrix teams to execute the region business plan.
- Develop/maintain relationships with key contacts/opinion leaders (e.g., healthcare systems, advocacy groups, providers).
- Develop contingency plans and make tradeoff decisions to support priorities.
- Lead change and champion organizational change efforts.
- Manage operational and brand product budget and ensure allocation to priorities.
- Recruit, select, and develop talent; hold self/team accountable to results and company values.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred)
- Minimum 10 years cross-functional pharmaceutical sales experience (e.g., marketing, finance, planning/ops, L&D, management).
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of geographic customer base; understanding of industry/environmental trends.
- Top performance in field sales and field sales management.
- Experience building/leading diverse teams.
- Experience developing/implementing strategy on geographic or product basis.

Benefits / Compensation (as stated)
- Field (United States): US $243,870–$295,507; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
