The Regional Biosimilar Accounts Director (RBAD) manages the business relationship between the company and assigned accounts to negotiate profitable contracts and improve formulary access; optimize net sales and contract performance across the biosimilars portfolio; and ensure oversight, compliance, and financial stewardship.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and advance business opportunities in assigned markets; build B2B relationships with targeted customers.
- Manage designated customer accounts including Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN) (hospital outpatient pharmacy departments, IDN-owned medical groups, specialty pharmacy, infusion centers, payer, home-infusion), Community Oncology Clinics and physician-owned infusion centers, federal accounts (VA, Military Treatment Facilities, Department of Corrections), and other assigned stakeholders.
- Engage senior leadership to build trust using strong interpersonal relationships and in-depth knowledge of customer objectives and company priorities.
- Serve as primary point of contact for business/clinical and operations leaders, VA pharmacy executives, and C-suite decision makers.
- Develop strategic/tactical account plans. Economic: present GPO pricing programs, negotiate direct contracts (as appropriate), communicate approved financial/healthcare economic models. Operational: communicate product access with field teams, ensure contracts are loaded for eligible sites, communicate approved info to customer IT, lead planning/pull-through, manage ongoing communications, coordinate overlapping contacts, promote products across continuum of care, conduct business reviews to optimize net sales. Clinical: collaborate with Medical Affairs; communicate clinical value proposition; use approved resources for customer education.

Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, PharmD, ARNP, MSN).
- 3+ years recent sales or account management or relevant healthcare experience.
