As the Regional Account Manager for gMG in South Jersey, NJ, you will manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned physicians, extended prescribers, and other customers in your territory. Representing Alexion brands and their approved indications, you will provide disease and product education to external customers such as physicians and nurses to help patients.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives in your territory while operating with the highest level of organizational ethics and compliant business practices. Create, maintain, and execute strategic account-specific business plans reflecting the brand plan and an in-depth understanding of local market forces. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Institutional Account Managers, TLLs, SALs, MSLs, FRMs, Market Access, Diagnostics, and other respective Enterprise partners. Handle customer questions and objections in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology, including the ability to compliantly triage inquiries to appropriate partners. Develop and maintain in-depth disease and therapeutic clinical, and scientific knowledge. Demonstrate high competence in educating on the diseaseโs diagnostic approach leading to an effective patient diagnosis. Navigate complex hospital settings (academic and community) to access targeted HCPs and other key stakeholders. Utilize all marketing tools and resources, including PowerPoint presentations, to further the selling process across all customer stakeholders. Lead the implementation of our patient-centric partnership model which will include physicians, their staff, clinics, and applicable hospitals. Execute local disease education and promotional programs for the therapeutic area. Provide a high level of product expertise and customer service to all targeted accounts and appropriate stakeholders. Track activities and submit reports on sales activities accurately and on time. Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Be a self-starter. Exhibit excellent written and verbal skills.
