Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to the regional VP(s), developing HR strategies, needs assessments and resulting people solutions to address gaps within the region.
- Provide consultation to regional VP on organization development, design and effectiveness to ensure optimal performance.
- Partner with regional VP and Site leaders to examine future skill capabilities and partner with TA & TD to ensure future skills, capabilities and leadership are sourced and developed.
- Responsible for ensuring the effective βdeliveryβ of all HR programs, restructures (RIFs) and optimization programs within the region.
- Effective management of communication and change management plans ensuring labor analysis, IR/ER, legal review are reflected during implementation stages.
- Drive the Regional talent strategy, identifying gaps and building robust solutions to attract, develop and retain key diverse talent within the region.
- Create innovative solutions to support the development of Site Directors and Key feeder pool talent in the region to ensure robust succession planning for the region. Ensure annual delivery against development plans.
- Drive alignment and delivery of operations HR strategy within the region by partnering with both country and Site BHR partners. Aid in the development of our site BHR talent with coaching and guidance.
- Partner with EED&I lead, Reps and regional VP to drive the EED&I strategy across the region.
- Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with key HR partners from all Practice Areas and Service Centres to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs; includes relationship management, leadership, HR roles & responsibilities, and service delivery commitments.
- Be the ambassador of the HR organization to represent the services and resources available to the business and help manage the collective reputation of the HR organization as a whole.
- Interface closely with all cross functional HR Teams on implementation & change management plans within the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of relevant HR experience
- Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting the business; strong business acumen
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a complex and demanding environment
- Project management or business experience
- Experience in organizational development, design, and effectiveness
- Experience supporting a global business and partnering with internationally-based business leaders and HR colleagues
- Strategic thinking with proven experience in leading multiple programs and initiatives, with the ability to prioritize
- Significant breadth of understanding of functional/ CoE HR roles and responsibilities and their impact on the business
- Experience interacting with and presenting to senior management. Ability to engage employees at all levels
