Refurbishment Center Manager

Role: Lead operations as Production Manager for Agilent's Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) refurbishment of analytical instruments, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: oversee daily refurbishment activities, manage schedules, drive operational metrics, lead technical teams in troubleshooting, repairing, and testing a broad portfolio of instruments, and spearhead portfolio expansion projects. Collaborate with global teams to improve processes, incorporate product updates, and uphold sustainability goals. Lead talent development and foster a safety-conscious, inclusive team culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering, Science, or related field; proven leadership in manufacturing, technical operations, or refurbishment; strong problem-solving and project management skills; excellent cross-functional communication. Preferred: experience with Agilent technologies, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, regulated quality systems, reverse logistics, SAP.
