Refrigeration & Air Condition Mechanic (HVAC)

Role: HVAC/Refrigeration Mechanic responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across production, laboratory, and utility areas. Objectives include ensuring system performance, compliance with safety and environmental policies, and supporting operational efficiency. Responsibilities: operate and troubleshoot HVAC equipment using building automation systems, read technical drawings, perform water treatment and chemical injection, and calibrate instruments. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, minimum 2 years industrial HVAC/R experience or 5 years residential experience, and universal CFC certification. Preferred qualifications include basic math and computer skills, knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic controls, and familiarity with regulatory codes.
