      Role Summary
 Receptionist I, Dallas, TX (On-Site) – office/clinic-based role interacting directly with healthy volunteer participants while supporting front desk and administrative activities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
 Responsibilities
 
 - Ensure that all calls are answered following the Company guidelines, providing a professional and courteous telephone service and handling calls promptly.
 
 - Provide professional, courteous reception service to all volunteers and visitors.
 
 - Use the computerized security access system to update and monitor security access cards.
 
 - Log in visitors on arrival, issue visitor passes as needed, inform the host of arrivals, log out visitors on departure, and return passes to reception.
 
 - Book taxis for clients and visitors as appropriate.
 
 - Prepare screening packs for volunteers for the following day, photocopy volunteers' IDs, and place them into screening packs.
 
 - Ensure a photograph is in the pack; if not, take a photo, print it, and place it in the pack.
 
 - Make up training folders for new starters as required.
 
 - Prepare CVs for new starters and send reminders to staff for renewals, then QC returned CVs before filing.
 
 - Forward incoming faxes and maintain the Car Park Database.
 
 - Perform all other duties as needed or assigned.
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 - Required: 2–3 years of related experience.
 
 - Required: Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
 
 - May require some flexibility in working hours.
 
 
 Skills
 
 - Strong communication and customer service skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to interact with volunteers and visitors.
 
 - Attention to detail for handling visitor passes, documentation, and screening packs.
 
 - Proficiency with basic computer applications and security/access systems.
 
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
 
 - Teamwork and people skills essential for smooth study operations.
 
 - Comfort with technology and electronic data entry.

 - Physical requirements include standing or sitting for 6–8 hours, repetitive hand movements, occasional bending and twisting, light to moderate lifting (up to 15–20 lbs), and varied hours as required.
