Role: Plasma Donation Center Staff responsible for donor registration, screening, and education to ensure safety and compliance during plasma pheresis collection. Responsibilities include verifying donor suitability through health history assessments, vital sign checks, finger sticks for hematocrit and protein levels, and maintaining accurate electronic records. Staff may train donors on therapeutic plasma products, assist with operational logistics such as registration and transfer, and provide donor education on policies, nutrition, and process expectations. Maintaining a safe, clean environment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring confidentiality are key functions. The role may involve cross-training or bilingual communication to meet center needs. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum three months' experience in clerical, customer service, or healthcare-related roles; basic math skills. The position offers a pay range of $16.61 to $18.13 hourly, with compensation based on experience and skills. The role is primarily operational and compliance-focused, supporting biopharma plasma collection efforts, with potential involvement in hyperimmune programs and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
