Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Real-World Evidence (RWE) Strategy lead to deliver RWE value for registration, pre-launch, and peri-launch of teplizumab in autoimmune type 1 diabetes (aT1D).
- Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and communication of RWE research studies; ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, to specification, and scientifically rigorous.
- Provide strategic scientific input across the RWE study lifecycle (conceptualization through closure): study design, cohort construction, protocol & statistical analysis plan development, study operations, data analysis, results interpretation, and clinical study report development.
- Collaborate with internal/external scientific experts to ensure RWE generation is fit-for-purpose for regulatory, market access, and/or clinical use.
- Serve as methodological expert for real-world study plan design and execution to address evidence gaps; leverage innovative RWE study designs and analytics.
- Identify and validate external fit-for-purpose data sources and associated institutions/organizations.
- Manage RWE study budget development with stakeholders (e.g., RWE Operations, global hub, vendors) for annual strategic/budget planning and updates.
- Maintain timely communication and alignment on evidence strategy, study progress, challenges, and risk mitigation.
- Support GenMed medical gaps within Global Integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGP).

Qualifications:
- PhD preferred; advanced degree in pharmaco-epidemiology, biostatistics, or Health Outcomes (business education a plus).
- Minimum 5 years RWE generation experience in pharmaceutical industry with end-to-end leadership.
- Strong publication track record.
- Experience across transplant, diabetes, and cardiovascular.

Skills (Required/Preferred):
- Expertise in pharmacoepidemiology, HEOR, and RWE study design.
- Experience working with routinely collected healthcare data.
- End-to-end project management for real-world studies.
- Understanding of commercial strategy.
- Fluent English required; second European language appreciated.
