Real World Evidence Director

Role: Lead the development and execution of real world evidence (RWE) strategies within assigned therapeutic areas at Novo Nordisk, serving as principal investigator on RWE studies and acting as a scientific leader in research. Responsibilities: manage RWE study projects internally and collaboratively with vendors and partners, utilizing data platforms and analytic tools; develop stakeholder relationships to optimize real-world data utility; mentor junior staff; communicate RWE findings internally, externally, via publications and conferences; serve as a methodological expert and reviewer for protocol evaluations; provide consultation on RWE/HEOR methodologies. Requirements: 8-10 years of experience leading RWE development and stakeholder engagement; expertise in RWE methodologies and advanced analytics; proven research accomplishments (peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations); strong leadership, communication, and project management skills; proficiency in real-world databases; PhD or Master’s in epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, or related field.
